Guarantee:

2 years as long as the wood has not been exposed to water, sun, shocks or any other element that could alter its quality and integrity.

Data protection:

The content of the documents provided may not be copied, reproduced or published without the consent of the creator.

Orders:

Payment is made in advance, by credit card or by bank transfer. VAT is applied depending on the country of delivery. A right of withdrawal is granted according to the legal provisions in force.

Delivery:

For customers residing in Switzerland, it is done by post with a tracking number. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days on average.
For deliveries in the European Economic Community or the rest of the world, the deadlines vary according to the speed of the postal organizations.

Responsibility:

In the event of damage to the packages or to the letter of transmittal, which would alter the integrity of the Quantum Optimizers therein, please return the equipment to JHB-Concept, Rue Haute 8, 2013 Colombier (CH) so that it is replaced there, with a photo copy of the damaged packaging.

Returns:

The customer has 2 months, from the date of dispatch of the products, to return them in the event of dissatisfaction.
